We truly hope you love your new ring. However, if it's not quite what you expected, we're here to make things right:
Returns
- If you'd like to return your purchase, you're welcome to do so within 7 days of receiving it.
- To make sure we can accept your return, please ensure the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom orders and items with engravings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To start a return, simply send us an email at @Saelira.com with your order number and let us know the reason for your return. We'll be happy to assist you!
Refunds
- Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
- If your refund is approved, we'll process it within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different style, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
